The continental breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, making each morning enjoyable. The staff provided exceptional assistance, especially when I needed to book tours on the go due to changing weather conditions.
However, getting into the city for dinner was quite expensive.

My stay at Natura, Berjaya Iceland Hotels was delightful. The diverse breakfast buffet impressed me, especially the smoked salmon. The hotel’s modern aesthetic and clean decor provided a nice escape, though I found the shower a bit cramped. Overall, a lovely experience with welcoming staff.

The breakfast spread was pretty epic, with all sorts of goodies from eggs to pastries that'll make your taste buds dance. I loved the spacious and clean Queen Room with its nice amenities. The nearby Perlan and geothermal pool were a real treat to explore.
The restaurant prices are pretty steep, and I wasn't too keen on the staff hovering around to clear plates—felt a bit rushed.

Loved the relaxing spa area with the sauna and hot tub! The breakfast was a treat, too—lots of options like fresh pastries and organic juices. However, the location is a bit far from downtown. 🌟

A comfortable stay with friendly staff that offered exceptional service, especially when a team member went out of her way to prepare a coffee for me during a rushed morning. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. However, the hotel's pricing felt steep compared to the offered amenities, and the location was a bit far from the city center, requiring about a 30-minute trip.

The breakfast was fantastic and provided a great start to our day. The staff were attentive, helping us with our large family setup, which included two babies. We appreciated the spacious suite that accommodated us comfortably, making our stay enjoyable.
In my wife's opinion, there should be more family-friendly dining options. We found the limited menu challenging, especially with two little ones to care for.

The Twin Room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds and good linens. The fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were a nice touch. But the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and the shower could definitely be bigger. Another downside was the AC. it wasn't working properly during my stay. Overall, though, it was a decent room experience.

I immensely appreciated the relaxing spa area, which featured soothing saunas and a hot tub. The hotel's clean and well-maintained decor, with its warm inviting atmosphere, provided a great retreat after our daily adventures.
Shower was small and could use improvement.

missingWrote a review on Sept 06friendly staffbusy hotelextra charges
A clean room with a comfortable bed, but quite small for two people with luggage. The friendly staff made check-in easy, and breakfast offered a decent variety. The location is a 20-minute walk from downtown, which may not suit everyone. The hotel seemed busy with tourists, and though the indoor amenities like the pool had extra charges, they didn't seem necessary given the stunning outdoor attractions.
